There are many reasons why a product might be rejected. These can range from a change in recipe, printing error, damaged stock or region specific stock that can no longer be sold in a particular region.

All this unwanted stock that cannot be sold in a retail store ends up in a rejected warehouse and sold at discounted rates directly to consumers in other countries.
